Sorry, just a minor correction to the gematria. Tziporah is actually 381. Rapoy plus 100. The addition of 100 is the idea of shleimus hamispar - a complete round number which the rebbe often spoke about. This would therefore signify that Mommy will have not just any refuah but rather an absolute complete refuah ie. 100 % Rapoy!!!
